The Jon Wray Health, Fitness and Wellbeing Studio is based at 12 Park Place, which is well located for professionals based in the city’s historic business district.

We work across a broad spectrum of people ranging from individuals who want to lose weight and feel more energised to elite athletes looking to further enhance their performance.

The one thing that unites all our clients is the way we individually assess them in terms of resting measurements such as blood pressure, heart rate, body fat and blood levels, physical tests and analysis of eating habits. We then set specific goals and agree an individual plan to suit that person.

Jon has been a health, fitness and conditioning professional for over 20 years. Originally a junior rugby union international and professional rugby league player of 12 years for Castleford, Wakefield and Hull KR.

He has worked with a spectrum of elite athletes to working professionals.

Jon was also a university/college sports and physical activity lecturer for 16 years. His promise is to guide you through to achieve what you desire, in a way that is precise and effective.

What We Offer

Tailored to your needs

Personal Training

The best way to achieve what you desire is through a bespoke and systematic personal training regime.

We will assess your current health status via a battery of questionnaires, resting measurements, physical tests and analysis of your eating habits. We will define and set your long and short term goals, design your individual training regime and eating plan, and constantly monitor and adapt to ensure your continual development. Train in our completely private one-to-one studio, purely appointment based only. 

Bootcamp Sessions

If you enjoy working with a small group who are striving for the same common goal, then bootcamps are for you. A high-intensity, non-stop workout utilising a combination of resistance and aerobic activity.

The beauty of the bootcamp session means you are in control of your intensity. You can go hard or easy dependant upon your fitness levels, in the safe environment of nobody watching you as everyone is concentrating on themselves.
